## Voice Call Recordings & Transcripts Migration

We're moving **voice call recordings and transcripts** to our new storage infrastructure. This also keeps each account's recordings separate from every other account's.

### What may be affected during this window

- **Past call recordings and transcripts** may play or download slowly, or be temporarily unavailable.
- **Recordings from calls made during the migration** may take longer than usual to show up.

### What is not affected

The following services will continue working normally:

- **Live AI calls**
- **Human-agent calls**
- **WhatsApp messaging**
- **Campaigns**
- **Storefront**
- **The rest of the Jwero platform**

### No action required

You don't need to do anything. **We'll update this page when the migration is complete.**
